If you're anything like us, you live for the expression of joy on a client's face when they realize the world has just opened up for them.

You introduced a tool, technique, or strategy that made perfect sense for their needs. They stopped, turned, and looked at you. Not in disbelief, but in a way that said "everything has changed." This kind of impact is why you do your job. It's what you're here for.

When that experience happens with writing, getting an A, landing on the honor role, and getting into college suddenly become realistic goals. They are doing it, and doing it by themselves. It's more than a coping strategy, it's a life-changing moment.
