Software

wordQ and wordQ+speakQ are available as an annual subscription for a single user or for unlimited use by all students and staff working in one building. When installed on at least 10 machines, building site licenses can dramatically reduce the annual cost per user; and, discounts can be applied when more than one building adopts a building site license - please contact us to learn more.

Support & Maintenance

We provide customer and technical support to all users. We charge a lower than industry-standard maintenance fee for single user and site license adoptions. The fee covers our costs to provide on call service for individuals and educators who may have a question about a particular student; and we portion a share to support the ongoing maintenance of current and the development of future versions. All users have access to our Live Chat service and to our 20-30 second video tutorials that explain individual feature functionality.

Training

When adopting for multi-use in a school or organization, the ST4 team strongly recommends a group of users consider training, both initial and ongoing. Although the tools are easy to use and install, extracting the full benefit of wordQ+speakQ feature capabilities and customizing them to meet individual (or student) needs can be better understood when your staff leverages the support of our customer service team who want you to get full benefit of our tools.

ST4 Learning offers schools onsite and convenient online training alternatives. Our most popular training offer is the online quarterly sessions (each 60-90 min) because our schedule flexibility fits educators’ busy schedules better and enables your team to build proficiency with our tools by focusing more in depth on a few tips and techniques at a time.

Building Site License for Unlimited Use

(Enables unlimited use by all users in one building; can install on a network with one DVD)

This is the most cost-effective option when software is to be installed on at least 10 computers at one site
Can install up to 50 machines with one DVD for one year’s use. A unique Serial Code will be assigned to a building. Code unique to one site and cannot be transferred to others.
